Our philosophy

Live Well Adventures aims to be an inclusive organisation that manages and delivers exciting adventures in the great outdoors for all abilities! You most certainly don’t need to be superhuman to be part of one of our adventures! Each of our adventures requires a different level of fitness - each is graded and annotated on the page specific to the type of adventure we deliver. However we will do our best were practical to adapt the plans to meet your needs. Most importantly however, a positive attitude combined with some determination will see you succeed. Bespoke Fitness & Nutrition Programs

We offer bespoke Fitness and/ or Nutritional Programs to help you achieve your goals! This could be a tailor made fitness plan to help prepare you for one of our Adventure Challenges or it could simply be the desire to being healthier. We appreciate that you need to feel confident that you are applying for the right adventure based on a range of issues, fitness most certainly being one of them. If you would like to speak with us to discuss the adventure that you have booked or are thinking of booking, we would be delighted to discuss this with you in more detail. Remember we are an inclusive organisation and will certainly do all we can to help you achieve your aim.
