Our 2 days Health & Well Being Retreats will leave you feeling mentally and physically revitalised. We will enhance your knowledge and understanding of techniques that can be used in your everyday life to ensure you live a happier and healthier lifestyle!

 

We deliver a number of practical workshops which range from Guided Meditation and Breath Work to Mobility as well as a number of educational workshops on subjects such as Nutrition and Goal Setting. You will also hear from Guest Inspirational Speakers and hear how our Health & Well Being Techniques and Concepts have helped them life happier and healthier lives.

  

 Our 2 day Health & Well Being Retreats will get you away from the hustle and bustle of modern life and immerse you in the splendour of the natural world leaving you feeling refreshed and revitalised!

The Plan

Introduction

At Live Well Adventures we are committed to delivering exciting and enjoyable adventures with flexible itinerary’s. The information below is the basic framework around which our 2 Day Health & Well Being Retreats is constructed. Further information will be automatically sent to you once you have made a booking to join our 2 Day Health & Well Being Retreat.

Day 1: Time to explore!

Upon arrival you will be greeted by our Live Well Adventures Health and Well Being Instructors (exact location will be confirmed once you have made a booking) where your retreat officially begins! Once all members of the retreat have arrived you will be given a Welcome Brief by our Team who will set out the overarching plan for the retreat and deliver key detail for the day’s events.

After that you will head into the beautiful Outdoors, where our Live Well Adventures team will guide you on a journey of calm through breathtaking scenery. At a gentle pace you will walk through the inspiring landscape of the Lake District or Peak District National Park and complete a number of practical and educational workshops which include; the Components of Fitness and Nutrition. Having embraced the awesome calming power of the natural world, upon returning to your accommodation after a full day of exploration, you will be guided through a practical Mobility and Flexibility Workshop. Followed by a relaxing Guided Meditation and Breath Work Workshop to leave you feeling totally chilled out!    

That evening you will be inspired by a guest Inspirational Speaker who will deliver an Inspirational Talk and outline how Live Well Adventures Health and Well Being Techniques and Concepts have helped them live Healthier and Happier lives. 

Day 2: Feel refreshed.

The following morning you will wake up in the heart of one of Britain's Premier National Parks!

 

After breakfast, feeling energised, our team will lead you in you in a Guided Meditation & Breath Work Workshop, a perfect start to your day!

 

Feeling relaxed and refreshed you will head out on your second day of exploration and again enjoy the natural beauty of the breathtaking landscape. Today you will complete further practical and educational workshops which to name a few, include; the Principles for Progressive Training and Goal Setting. Upon returning to your accommodation you will be guided through a second practical Mobility and Flexibility Workshop. Followed by a final relaxing Guided Meditation and Breath Work Workshop to leave you feeling totally chilled out!   

After a relaxing few days in nature, you did it! You have been inspired by the breathtaking scenery and revitalised by your 2 Day Health & Well Being Retreat.

Practicalities

Risk Management and Safety

Live Well Adventures has solid foundations when planning for potential risk. Our founder has over 18 years worth of experience in the British Army that is utilised and subsequently enables us to conduct high risk activities on a more routine basis. Experience and training for Live Well Adventures staff facilitates appropriate action to be taken under potentially dangerous and stressful conditions.  Along with experience we implement detailed risk assessments recognised by industry that enable us to identify risks and plan to both mitigate them as well as minimise the impact should the need arise.

Catering (Fully Catered)

All meals during our 2 Day Health & Well Being Retreats are provided, which includes the following meals; Day 1 - lunch and evening meal. Day 2 - breakfast and lunch. Please let us know if you have any specific dietary requirements.  

Comfortable Accomodation

When delivered in the Lake District and Peak District you will be accommodated in carefully selected comfortable, welcoming and warm group accommodation. For Health & Well Being Retreats delivered in bespoke locations, appropriate accommodation will be utilised.     

Qualified Mountain Leaders and First Aid

Our Live Well Adventures staff are appropriately qualified to lead you throughout your retreat and provide you with the level of assurance you want and need. As trained and experienced Mountain Leaders they are capable of addressing and dealing with multiple situations that may arise - in addition our Mountain Leaders are first aid qualified.  

Health & Well Being Professionals

Each of our Instructors are well qualified in their respective fields; from trained Councilors, Mental Health Professionals and Personal Trainers. They are experienced at dealing with a range of clients from health and well being enthusiasts to complete beginners. They will have you feeling chilled in no time at all, relax you are in safe, calming hands!
